The Department of Homeland Security (DSA) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) created the HACS program to assist government agencies seeking service providers who meet the high standards necessary to enhance their cyber security posture, improve their resilience to threat, and proactively detect and defend amidst an everchanging cyber security landscape. All HACS vendors must pass a technical evaluation designed to assess their ability to assess high-priority IT systems, address potential vulnerabilities quickly and efficiently, and defend networks against malicious threat actors. 

The HACS Special Item Number (SIN) identifies Global Networks Inc. as a company recognized for exceptional performance of activities related to securing High Value Assets (HVA) within government agencies. Global Networks meets government agency OMB Memorandums 19-03 and 17-12 compliance requirements for HVA security assessment including Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (RVA), Security Architecture Reviews (SARS), System Security Engineering (SSE), Security Operations Center (SOC), Risk Management Framework (RMF), Information Security Continuous Monitoring Assessments (ISCMAs), and Federal Incident Response Evaluations (FIRE).
